Quantity Surveyor / Technical Administrator
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Technical Administrator to support our tendering, commercial and project administration activities.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare quotations, estimates, quantity take-offs and tender documents; prepare and manage timesheets, progress claims and variation claims; review drawings and specifications; maintain project and technical documentation; coordinate with clients, suppliers and subcontractors; and support general project and commercial administration.
Requirements: Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction or a related field OR 3 Years Relevant experience in QS, tendering or technical administration is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage. Good organisational, communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
